The introduction to the story, The Science Fiction Wall, is my writing contained in articles I penned over the last half dozen years, becoming a glossary of my thoughts, from poetry to science fiction notes. Science fiction and poetry have a platform of their own that I have joined like two saplings to bloom and brighten the readers and followers into my novel. The book grew from Daniel’s long-time interest in writing and storytelling. Many of the pieces were first written as individual articles before he brought them together to form a single volume.
Daniel A. McMahon was born in Poughkeepsie, New York, on September 10, 1943. He was raised in New York and New Jersey and developed an early interest in writing, stamp collecting, and storytelling. He published his first poetry book, The Madonna, in 1972 and continues to write from his home in Howell, New Jersey.
The book blends elements of poetry and science fiction. It explores imagination, creativity, and reflection, showing how these two genres can connect to express thought and emotion.
